Jim Barbuto, its founder, has over 18 years experience in purchasing, building and marketing over 70 million dollars in premium communities in 12 states throughout his career in the Northeast, Southeast and Midwest US. All of our employees and vendors that were used in the creation of The Preserve are local. Jim personally lives full time in the Grand Lake area and plans on keeping this as his full time residency.
